RV LODGING POLICIES

Skamania Coves RV Park Season is April 15 to October 31.

Check-in, Check-out: We are a self-regulated, self-check-in and check-out facility. All details for site access are sent via email. Check-in: 1:00pm. Check-out: 11:00am. Late check-outs by permission only.

Liability: Your reservation is your agreement that The Resort at Skamania Coves is free and harmless from any liability for any claims, loss, damage, or expenses arising by reason of any injury, death, or property damage sustained by any person including yourself, your family, friends, or pets where such injury, death, or property damage is caused by negligent or an intentional act. Refer to the Terms & Conditions document found on our Skamania Coves’ website for more information.

Cancellation Policy: There is a $10.00 fee for each site canceled. We do not give refunds for early departure. No refund of deposit if reservation is canceled within 3 days of your arrival. No refunds of deposit if cancellation is made 7 days prior to reservation for a holiday weekend. Holiday weekends are Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.

Visitors: Security gate code must not be shared with non-Skamania Coves’ guests. Visitors must park in overflow parking area and walk to your space.

Children and Pets: All young children must be closely monitored. Pets on leashes always. Pick up after and dispose properly all pet waste material. Use caution when crossing the railroad tracks.

Fires: Due to the extreme risk of wildfires, open flame fires (wood or propane) can only be used with permission. Fires are never allowed during summer months. Gas BBQs are alright – please keep units on gravel, do not place on grass or plastic picnic tables.  ABSOLUTELY NO fireworks or firearms.

Smoking: NO Smoking allowed in any of our houses or the surrounding property. Smoking is allowed around your personal RV space only. Pick up all cigarette butts.

Motorcycles, etc: Motorcycles, mini-bikes ATV’s and Dirt Bike riding is prohibited other than for transportation onto the property.

RV Parking: Use large turn around in lower RV section to position your RV and make backing into your space easy. One car per RV space is allowed, additional cars must use overflow parking area at entrance of property.

RV Site Maintenance: Help maintain a pleasant appearance for all guests. No clothing lines, no clutter of belongings, keep all rugs, pallets, carpets off grass. Do not stake, pound or twist anything into the ground. Keep hot items such heaters, BBQ’s off of picnic tables.

RV and Auto Care: Please help us conserve water. No washing of RV or Auto. Do not change fluid or do mechanical repairs to RV or Auto.

Speed Limit: Obey posted signs.

Quiet Hours: 9:00pm – 8:00am. No generators.

Trains: Train tracks run through the property. Use caution when crossing. ONLY River house guests’ vehicles are allowed beyond the second security gate. Bring ear plugs if the noise bothers you – trains run at all hours of the day and night.

River: Access to the River and the three Coves is a short walk down the driveway and across the railroad (use caution when crossing). There is no lifeguard, swim at your own risk. Be respectful of other guests, no loud music, partying, unsupervised children, or pets. Please care for the land, pick up all trash. Do not climb the cliffs, there is poison oak, sensitive vegetation, and fragile rock formations.
